Roseneath Estate is nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps in Australia on the traditional land of the Taungurung peoples of the Kulin nation. The main house stands as a central feature of this magnificent colonial property whose history dates back to the mid-19th century. Today, Roseneath Estate is owned by Meketra, who has meticulously restored both the main house and the accompanying farming buildings along with adding modern equestrian facilities. This restoration was carried out with great respect for the estate’s original features, ensuring that the new additions blend harmoniously with the historic architecture.
The estate is now home to Roseneath Eventing, a premier training facility for elite-level Danish Warmbloods. They compete on the international eventing stage, showcasing their exceptional skills and athleticism. Additionally, Roseneath Eventing has embarked on a select breeding program, aimed at achieving excellence in the breed, ensuring that the legacy of Roseneath Estate continues to thrive for generations to come.
